Privacy Notice

In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“LFPDPPP”) in force in Mexico, we inform you of the terms and conditions of this Personal Data Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) of BOCAR, S.A. DE C.V., as well as its subsidiaries and/or affiliates (hereinafter, “BOCAR”) with address at Av. Circuito de la Industria Norte No. 38, Col. Parque Industrial Lerma, Lerma, Estado de México, C.P. 52000.

The companies that belong to part of BOCAR collect your personal data directly, which may include, but are not limited to: (i) general personal data such as your name, address, place and date of birth, marital status, telephone number, e-mail, photography, sex, nationality, studies, professional and academic training, work experience; (ii) sensitive data such as race and religion, data of your filiation such as complexion and particular details, with respect to which we obtain your express written consent for the treatment thereof, as well as (iii) financial data, such as your income.

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose their treatment or revoke the consent that you have given us for this purpose (“ARCO rights”), through the procedures that we have implemented. If you want to know about these procedures, the requirements and deadlines, you can contact the Compliance Officer of the corresponding company that is part of BOCAR, either at your address or through the email privacy.policy@bocar.com.

Likewise, we inform you that the companies that belong to part of BOCAR may hire one or more third parties, with whom we have previously entered into contracts with confidentiality and personal data protection clauses, as selected service providers for the access control process to our offices and facilities, so the companies that are part of BOCAR could even transfer your personal data to said third party(s) without a commercial or illegal purpose, but only to comply with the aforementioned purposes.

It will be understood that the owners tacitly consents to the processing of their data, when this privacy notice has been made available to them, they do not express their opposition in writing addressed to the address and/or email account of the company to which you have provided such personal data.

Any modification to this privacy notice will always be maintained by this means for your consultation.
