Likewise, we inform you that the companies that belong to part the Bocar may hire one or more third parties, with whom we have previously entered into contracts with confidentiality and personal data protection clauses, as selected service providers for the access control process. to our offices and facilities, so the companies that are part of the Bocar could even transfer your personal data to said third party(s) without a commercial or illegal purpose, but only to comply with the aforementioned fines.

It will be understood that the owner tacitly consents to the processing of their data, when this privacy notice has been made available to them, they do not express their opposition in writing addressed to the address and/or email account of the company to which you have provided such personal data.
