Reducing our environmental footprint.
From reducing our environmental footprint to optimizing resources across operations, sustainability is embedded in how we manufacture — from raw material to finished component. 5.1% waste to landfill already surpasses our 2030 target of under 8%, and 94% of the aluminum used across our operations is recycled.
Investing in people, strengthening communities.
Caring for people is a principle of our culture. We invest in skills, representation, and an inclusive workplace — and extend that commitment beyond our plants through the Bocar Family Foundation and “Corazones Bocar.” 35,849 beneficiaries were reached through Foundation initiatives in Mexico and the United States, powered by 9,675 volunteer hours.
